It’s frequently said that Asian Americans are politically apathetic.
But how can Asian Americans, even those in Generations X and Y, go
beyond just voting and directly participate in the political process?
Hear from three young Asian Americans who are taking on the challenge
of running for office. Is politics just for the old and wealthy, or
can you actually succeed on the campaign trail in 2005?

Speakers:
Ling-Ling Chang is President & CEO of the Youth Science Center, Parks
& Recreation Commissioner in Diamond Bar, and Chairman of the Diamond

currently running for the Pomona Unified School District.
