The question on everyone’s mind: Why aren’t Asian Americans more involved politically?
Although Asian Americans make up to almost 5% of the total population, they compose of less than 2% of the total vote. Before we start the finger pointing and accusations…(”why didn’t you vote?”)…there are actually quite a few factors that may affect these percentages - including political (legal status, eligibility to vote) and geographical (concentration of Asians in certain areas), to name a few.
Join us for another heated discussion as we discuss the whys and why nots…and of course, your personal views and experiences.
