You are invited to join Donate Life Run/Walk on April 28, 2007, 7:00
a.m. at Cal State Fullerton. You can join either Asian Americans for
Donation Team or build your own team to participate to celebrate the
gift of life and inspire community to become organ and tissue donors.
Your donation will be benefiting Donate Life California Organ and
Tissue Donor Registry.
There are over 94,000 people currently awaiting a life saving
transplant nationwide. Of the 94,000, over 20,000 people reside in
California. Every 13 minutes a name is added to the National Waiting
List. Sadly, 17 people die each day because they weren’t able to
receive the life saving transplant they needed so desperately.
