In addition to talking about planning events for the rest of
the year, we want to take this opportunity to get new people
onboard, either as officers or on our planning committee :-) .

Board of Directors:
* Sets the direction of the organization
* Will make the important decisions about OCA-OC
* Able to work on OCA-OC on a regular/consistent basis — either in
terms of event planning or infrastructure (e.g. treasury,
website, etc.)

Planning Committee:
* Interested in helping out on an infrequent or irregular or “as needed” basis
* More involved than a typical “day of event” volunteer
* Organized enough to help plan/execute events or infrastructure, but just
once in a while
